When we stopped off at Ketchican, tufelhunden and I walked downtown to do some shopping. We were in the middle of a block and wanted to cross the street (jaywalking ya know) and a car stopped. Tufelhunden remarked on how nice it was that they stopped to let us cross, but I felt it was my duty to inform him that they didn't stop to let us cross, they stopped to take a picture
I wonder if he ever had to actually read the instructions on the socks
Another ferry like ours.
Besides Anchorage or Fairbanks, Ketchikan had to be the busiest place in Alaska! Float planes were swarming in and out of the harbor like an invasion, boats and ships were everywhere and even the 737's were either taking off or landing every 30 minutes!
